Elevator Use

 

A reminder that use of the elevator is reserved for those with permission from the Principal or Vice-Principals due to a physical need for its use. The elevator is not to be used by any other student. Thank-you.

 

Lunchtime Garbage

 

If you are eating lunch in the school - be it in the cafeteria or by your lockers - please ensure you put your garbage in one of the many available trash cans lining our hallways. Please don’t leave your garbage on the floor when you finish lunch.

 

Dual Credit

 

Anyone interested in taking a Dual Credit??

What is that?

It is you taking a course of interest at Algonquin College and getting a free college credit AND and high school credit at the same time.

Volunteers Needed!!

We cannot run the Book fair without the help of Volunteers. High School Kids can get their hours.

Brick and Stone Masonry Information Session

 

On Dec 3rd at 9am-1pm in the Masonry shop in Ottawa technical secondary school.

 

The Ontario Masonry Training Centre will be holding a one-day seminar for grade 11 and 12 students interested in participating in the Level 1 program.  A representative from the Ontario Masonry Training Centre will be on hand to walk students and parents through the program information, requirements from the students and the life changing impact it can have on their future.

 

Students are asked to dress appropriately and arrive on time for the seminar.

 

Any questions or concerns students or parents may have about the program or a future career in masonry are encouraged to be directed towards the seminar leader.

 

Interested students should speak to their co-op department ([email protected] ) for further information and to register for the seminar.
